用料:
- 明虾 2只
- 辣豆酱 150g

做法:
- 1. 明虾由背部切开
De-vein shrimp. - 2. 明虾去肠泥后过油,捞起沥油备用
Deep-fry over high heat oil for one minute. - 3. 起油锅,将明虾加入蒜茸、辣椒末、辣豆酱、糖大火爆炒20秒即可
