松仁脆瓜酱牛肉的做法

  • 用料:

  • 牛腱  一个
  • 松子  10g
  • 金兰脆瓜  50g
  • 麻油  少许
  • 卤味原汁  250g

做法:

  • 1. 以一碗卤味原汁搭配三碗清水卤制牛腱,需时40分钟
    Combine KIMLAN MARINATE SAUCE and water into pot.Add beef and stew
    for 40 minutes.
  • 2. 牛腱卤过之后切成易入口之大小
    Cut beef into bite-sized pieces when done.
  • 3. 将脆瓜及麻油与牛腱拌匀
    Toss stewed beef with KIMLAN PICKLED CUCUMBER
    and sesame oil.
  • 4. 装盘后洒上松子即可上桌
    Stir in pine nuts and serve.
