用料:
- 牛腱 一个
- 松子 10g
- 金兰脆瓜 50g
- 麻油 少许
- 卤味原汁 250g
做法:
- 1. 以一碗卤味原汁搭配三碗清水卤制牛腱,需时40分钟

for 40 minutes. - 2. 牛腱卤过之后切成易入口之大小
Cut beef into bite-sized pieces when done. - 3. 将脆瓜及麻油与牛腱拌匀
Toss stewed beef with KIMLAN PICKLED CUCUMBER
and sesame oil. - 4. 装盘后洒上松子即可上桌
Stir in pine nuts and serve.
