食材用料:

韭菜花数根
高汤250cc
香菇素瓜仔肉300g

菜谱做法:

  • 1.1将香菇素瓜仔肉以蛋白皮包成袋状,取一根韭菜花束扎收口
    Wrap KIMLAN MEATLESS SPAGHETTI SAUCE with CUCUMBER in the crepe and tie top with a piece of chive to make a pouch.

  • 2.2鸡蛋仅取用蛋白,将蛋白打散后煎成直径约12公分的蛋白皮
    Pan-fry egg whites into crepes about 12 cm. wide.

  • 3.将(2)放在冬瓜片上入蒸锅蒸10分钟后取出排盘
    Place one by one (2) on a piece of sliced white gourd and
    steam for 10 minutes.

  • 4.将高汤加入少许盐后勾芡均匀淋上
    Starch and season the stock with salt and drizzle on the dish.

  • 5.装盘时放上鱼子即可
    Garnish top of each pouch with fish roe.
