鱼子香菇瓜仔肉鸡的做法

  • 用料:

  • 鱼子  10g
  • 鸡蛋  8个
  • 冬瓜  切片
  • 韭菜花  数根
  • 香菇素瓜仔肉  300g
  • 高汤  250cc

做法:

  • 1. 鸡蛋仅取用蛋白,将蛋白打散后煎成直径约12公分的蛋白皮

  • 2. 将香菇素瓜仔肉以蛋白皮包成袋状,取一根韭菜花束扎收口
