巧克力豆曲奇的做法

食材用料:

普通面粉 all purpos
苏打粉 baking soda
盐 salt 1/2茶匙/t
牛油 butter 114g
黄糖 brown sugar
白糖 white sugar
香草精华 vanilla ex
A蛋 Grade A egg
巧克力粒 chocolate
果仁1/2杯.

菜谱做法:

  • 1.将所有粉类和盐过筛拌匀。
    蛋和香草精华伴匀待用。In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda and salt. Set aside.

    In a small bowl large egg with vanilla and set aside.

  • 2.牛油软化,加糖打至松发。
    分两次加蛋拌匀。
    然后放入粉拌匀后,放巧克力粒和果仁拌匀。In a large bowl, blend together softened butter, white sugar and brown sugar until creamy. Mix in the egg and vanilla and blend well. Gradually add the flour mixture and mix well. Stir in chocolate chips (and nuts).

  • 3.拿一张保鲜纸将面煳包成四方型后放进冰箱1小时变成固体。Wrap dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate until firm, at least 1 hour.

  • 4.—小时后拿出面煳切成12个小四方型,然后用手搓成12个小圆形的面团。
    将圆形面团放在14x15inch的烤盘上,每个面团之间留出较大的距离,因为它合膨化为较大块的曲奇。Cut the cookie dough into 12 even cubes.

    Roll each cube into a ball and place on a 14 by 15 inch cookie sheet.

  • 5.华氏325度,焗17-19分钟。拿出待凉至少2分钟后食用。密封保存。Bake in a preheated 325 degree oven for 17-19 minutes or until golden.Let the cookies rest 2-3 minutes before removing from the tray onto a cooling rack.
