菜谱做法:

  • 1.Add cumin seed (孜然) fry onions. Add cardamom,cinema , garlic,ginger, and salt when onions turn golden. And then blend onion

  • 2.1Add marinated chicken to fried pan to mix with onions

  • 3.2Marinated with chicken Red chili powder, cinnamon powder,cumin seed powder, coriander香菜powder, pepper, yogurt (Greek plain) Cinnamon sticks肉桂

    Turmeric (姜黄)mix with chicken

  • 4.Let it cook until bubbles on the top disappear. It takes around 1- 1.5 hr to cook.

  • 5.When the food is done, add some parsley flakes西洋香菜 欧芹,ltalian seasoning.
