1.除了高丽菜、干贝、鲍鱼,先将所有其他材料用素蚝油拌炒,备用
Stir-fry all ingredients except cabbage,abalone,scallop with
KIMLAN VEGETARIAN MUSHROOM OYSTER SAUCE.
2.将高丽菜根部从末端中心挖洞后放入干贝、鲍鱼及(1)
Scoop out of cabbage and stuff in scallop,abalone and(1).
3.入蒸笼蒸50分钟
Steam(2)for 50 minutes.
4.蒸好后将菜根缺口朝上放在盘子上,拿刀切成开花的样子
Put(3) on a plate bottom up and cut a cross on the cabbage
to make a flowery pattern.
5.上桌前再用蒸盘剩馀汤汁勾芡均匀淋上,可更添浓郁风味
Add starchy to the leftover sauce from steaming drizzle on
cabbage before serving.
