用料:
- 澳洲鲜干贝 12颗
- 鱼浆 300g
- 美心萝卜 12个
- 剥皮辣椒 12条
- 高汤 250cc
- 盐 适量
做法:
- 1. 将美心萝卜削皮后,以滚刀方式切成一整卷萝卜片,浸水备用
Skin carrots in a spiral direction to make sheets.make sheets into a roll. - 2. 将剥皮辣椒切成6公分段,再将适量鱼浆铺在剥皮辣椒上
Cut the KIMLAN PEELED CHILIES into 6cm long sheets and
wrap around fish paste. - 3. 将美心萝卜卷排放在盘上,再将(2)排放在美心萝卜卷外圈
Arrange the rolled corrots on plate,circled outsides with
chili rolls. - 4. 将鲜干贝放在鱼浆上之后入蒸锅蒸15分钟
Topping each chili with the scallop. Steam for 15 minutes. - 5. 上桌前以高汤加入少许盐,勾芡淋上即可
Add starch and salt to stock and drizzle sprinkle on dish
before serving.
