  • 用料:

  • 糖 sugar  45g
  • 无盐奶油 unsalted b  75g
  • 蛋 Egg  2
  • 低筋面粉 cake flour  240g
  • 泡打粉 Baking powd  1 teaspoon
  • 香蕉泥 banana smas  300g

做法:

  • 1. 打蛋盆 mixing bowl
    量匙/杯 measuring spoon/ cup 
    秤 scale
    搅拌机 mixer
    模具 mold
  • 2. 先将奶油及糖用打蛋器,打至奶油及糖均匀混合呈现鹅黄色
    Sift the butter into a bowl and mix it with the sugar untill it turns into a baby yellow colour
  • 3. 再将蛋混入
    Mix in your eggs
  • 4. 加入低筋面粉及泡打粉拌匀
    Add in the cake flour and baking powder
  • 5. 加入香蕉泥拌匀
    Blend in your mashed bananas
  • 6. 倒入事先准备好的模具中,放入160度烤箱烤60~70分钟
    *模具本身如果不是不沾材质的,要记得先抹奶油唷~ 不然烤好以后很难取出
    Then pour the mixture into the prepared mold and bake for 60~70 minutes at 160 摄氏度. Leave to cool for 15 minutes, then loosen the edge of the cake .
