松子:补肾
1.以一碗卤味原汁搭配三碗清水卤制牛腱,需时40分钟
Combine KIMLAN MARINATE SAUCE and water into pot.Add beef and stew
for 40 minutes.
2.牛腱卤过之后切成易入口之大小
Cut beef into bite-sized pieces when done.
3.将脆瓜及麻油与牛腱拌匀
Toss stewed beef with KIMLAN PICKLED CUCUMBER
and sesame oil.
4.装盘后洒上松子即可上桌
Stir in pine nuts and serve.
