用料:
- 鲜鸡腿肉 300g
- 剥皮辣椒 250g
- 姜片 20g
- 米酒 20g
- 高汤 500cc
- 剥皮辣椒酱汁 适量
- 盐 适量
做法:
- 1. 鸡腿肉先放入滚水中烫熟捞起,将鸡腿肉沾附的浮末洗净备用
Cook chicken in boiling water. Drain, clean and set aside. - 2. 将鸡腿肉加入高汤、剥皮辣椒及两匙剥皮辣椒汤汁及姜片煮开后,转中火再煮20分钟
Combine chicken,stock,PEELED CHILIES, PEELED CHILIES SAUCE and ginger in a pot.Bring to a boil.Simmer for 20 minutes over middle heat. - 3. 加入适量食盐调味后即可起锅
Season with salt before serving.
