沙茶西芹拌墨鱼丝的做法

  • 用料:

  • 西芹  2根
  • 墨鱼  墨鱼
  • 沙茶酱  150g
  • 麻油  5g

做法:

  • 1. 将墨鱼汆烫后切丝
    Cook calamari in boiling water, drain and slice into fine strips.
  • 2. 将西芹切丝,将墨鱼丝与芹菜丝泡入冰水增加清脆口感
    Immerse in ice water with shredded celery.
  • 3. 将墨鱼丝与芹菜丝捞起沥干,加入沙茶酱、麻油、适量食盐拌匀后即可装盘
