印度咖哩鸡肉的做法

  • 用料:

  • 鸡胸肉  2
  • 肉桂条  1
  • 青豆  自选
  • 洋葱  1
  • 香菜  一小把
  •  少许

做法:

  • 1. Add cumin seed (孜然) fry onions. Add cardamom,cinema , garlic,ginger, and salt when onions turn golden. And then blend onion

    Turmeric (姜黄)mix with chicken
  • 3. Add marinated chicken to fried pan to mix with onions
  • 4. Let it cook until bubbles on the top disappear. It takes around 1- 1.5 hr to cook.
  • 5. When the food is done, add some parsley flakes西洋香菜 欧芹,ltalian seasoning.
