  • 用料:

  • 明虾  2只
  • 辣豆酱  150g
  •  10g
  • 蒜茸  5g
  • 辣椒末  5g

做法:

  • 1. 明虾由背部切开
    De-vein shrimp.
  • 2. 明虾去肠泥后过油,捞起沥油备用
    Deep-fry over high heat oil for one minute.
  • 3. 起油锅,将明虾加入蒜茸、辣椒末、辣豆酱、糖大火爆炒20秒即可
    Heat oil in pan, stir-fry shrimps with mashed garlic,minced chili,sugar and KIMLAN HOT BEAN SAUCE for 20 seconds over high heat.
