芥末包菜海蛰丝卷的做法

  • 用料:

  • 海蛰丝  600g
  • 芹菜  15g
  • 红萝卜  5g
  • 高丽菜叶  3片
  • 芥末  5g
  • 辣油膏  30g

做法:

  • 1. 将高丽菜叶稍用热水烫软后,捞起冰镇,增加鲜脆口感
    Cook cabbage in boiling water until softened. Drain

  • 2. 将海蛰丝、芹菜、红萝卜先汆烫
    Quickly-heat shredded jellyfish, celery and carrot in
    boiling water and drain.
  • 3. 将 (2) 与辣油膏及芥末拌匀,以高丽菜叶包卷拌匀的材料即可
    Toss(2)with KIMLAN CHILI SOY PASTE and mustard. Stuff the center of each piece of cabbage and roll up.
