
- 用料:
-  海蛰丝  600g
-  芹菜  15g
-  红萝卜  5g
-  高丽菜叶  3片
-  芥末  5g
-  辣油膏  30g
做法:
- 1. 将高丽菜叶稍用热水烫软后,捞起冰镇,增加鲜脆口感 
 Cook cabbage in boiling water until softened. Drain
 and immerse in ice water to crispen.
- 2. 将海蛰丝、芹菜、红萝卜先汆烫 
 Quickly-heat shredded jellyfish, celery and carrot in
 boiling water and drain.
- 3. 将 (2) 与辣油膏及芥末拌匀,以高丽菜叶包卷拌匀的材料即可 
 Toss(2)with KIMLAN CHILI SOY PASTE and mustard. Stuff the center of each piece of cabbage and roll up.
